Within the Payouts PLUS system we have two types of rejection, the bank rejection REJECTED and the load rejection REJECTED. It is possible to verify the error codes and possible status within the system Status PAYOUTS+
Here we list some reasons for rejection sent by the receiving bank:
- [beneficiary.document.number] does not correspond to the bank account of the beneficiary
- [destination.bankAccount.alias] is inactive
- [orderId] Duplicated
- Bank Rejection - Account Number does not exist
- Bank Rejection - Account Number is in another currency
- Bank Rejection - Account Number not enabled
- Bank Rejection - Bank out of service
- Bank Rejection - Bank Rejection - Restricted credit account
- Bank Rejection - Beneficiary cannot receive payments
- Bank Rejection - Beneficiary is not the Account Owner
- Bank Rejection - Cancelled Credit Account
- Bank Rejection - Credit account does not exist
- Bank Rejection - Incorrect account information
- Bank Rejection - Incorrect Account Number information
- Bank Rejection - Restricted credit account
- Bank Rejection - The document is wrong
- Payment type Incorrect
Another type of rejection would be a late rejection by the receiving bank, which would be the status RESERVED - REVERSED. This status is applied when the bank receives the payment with the first response being SUCCESS and after 2 to 5 days the same bank rejects the payment with the reasons mentioned above. This type of rejection usually occurs with interbank transactions.
