To check the balance available for dispersions in the PAYOUT PLUS Back Office, simply follow these steps:
- Enter the "Balance - Balance Inquiry" section.
- In this section, you can view the balance in real time destined to make new PAYOUTs for each country.
It is important to highlight that this balance is divided into 3 sections:
1.TOTAL BALANCE: Refers to the total balance in your account, including both the balance available for use and the balance that is still in the process of making a PAYOUT, that is, that is not available.
2.AVAILABLE BALANCE: It is the balance available to process new PAYOUT.
3.IN PROGRESS BALANCE: It is the balance occupied by PAYOUT that is in process. If these are completed successfully (with SUCCESS status), it is deducted from the TOTAL BALANCE. If, on the other hand, the transaction is rejected (with status REJECTED), the amount of that transaction is added to the TOTAL and AVAILABLE balance.
