I need bank payment receipts. Where can I find them?

Within our MONNET Back Office for now we do not have the option to download bank payment receipts.

But don't worry, to request them you need to send us an email through the address with the support@monnetpayments.com following information, depending on the product:

PAYOUT: Send us the Transaccion OC

PAYOUT PLUS: Send us the Payout ID or Order ID

This information can be found in the Transaction Report section for PAYOUT and in the REPORT section in PAYOUT PLUS.

Once you generate your request via email, a ticket will be created and we will respond to you with the payment receipt for the transaction you require.

If you need multiple receipts, you can send us the set of required information in the email request. Remember, you can download the transaction report file in EXCEL format to assist you in this process.
