How will I receive payment of my funds collected in PAYIN?

In MONNET to carry out a settlement of funds for the PAYIN product, we only count transactions with AUTORIZADO status and you must collect a minimum amount of 100 USD US dollar or its equivalent in local currency from the corresponding credential.

Once you choose the settlement frequency (You can see information about this here), you must choose where you want us to send your funds.

For this we have 3 types of settlements where we send the funds collected from transactions with AUTORIZADO status in your PAYIN product and they are the following:

• TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT: We will send the funds according to the frequency you chose to the bank account that you indicated in our commercial agreement.

• TO YOUR PAYOUT FUNDS: We will send the funds according to the frequency you chose to the funds available in your PAYOUT balance if you had this product contracted with us as well.

• MIXED: (Only available for clients who have both products with MONNET) You can combine the two previous options for your settlement, for this it is necessary that you decide fixed values to assign to each type of settlement for this we have 2 options, it can be by percentages or by quantity (fixed amounts).

For example

1. If you choose the percentage option you can choose that 50% of what is available for settlement goes to your bank account and 50% goes to PAYOUT funds (percentages may vary depending on your preference).

2. If you choose the fixed amounts option we recommend that you indicate a fixed amount to be sent to payouts funds can be (2000 USD or the equivalent in your local currency) and a fixed amount to send to bank account can be (3000 USD or the equivalent in your local currency) equivalent in your local currency). These amounts are only for illustrative purposes, you can choose the amounts that you think are appropriate according to your needs, but they must be fixed for the agreed settlement frequency.

¿How will you find out that the funds were sent? You will receive an email from the sender settlement.payins@monnetpayments.com  indicating the amount of your corresponding settlement of transactions with AUTORIZADO status that, once you are notified, will change to LIQUIDADO status, depending on the chosen settlement frequency.
