How do I TOP UP Payouts?

To start using our PayOut or PayOut Plus product you must have funds available in your balance, to do so you must fund your account.


You have two options to do it:


1. Make a bank transfer to our accounts enabled to receive the funds. What are the bank accounts? You will find them in the commercial contract that you signed with us.


First you must make the bank transfer from your account to our account and then send the proof of the transfer to the e-mail 


support@monnetpayments.com 


Every time you make a new transfer you must send a new e-mail (IMPORTANT do not send an e-mail as a reply to previous e-mails) and you must do it with the following format:


  • As a subject, consider the following example:  TOP UP MONNETPAY 02.03.2024, we first send the main order (TOP UP), then the name of the credential where the funds will be registered (for this example we use the name MONNETPAY here you must indicate the name of your business within the Monnet BackOffice) and finally the date of the deposit (04.03.24).

Remember that if you send us the funds through an international wire transfer (SWIFT) it may take more than 5 business days for the funds to be credited.    


IMPORTANT: The mail must be sent from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm these schedules are in Lima - Peru time. See more here


We usually respond within 2 hours as a first response.


How will you know we load the funds? We will notify you via email (which counts as proof and receipt of the transaction)✉️ when the funds corresponding to your payout balance are loaded and you will be able to view the amounts in the BALANCES section within our platform.


2. Send funds from your balance collected in Payins to your PayOut balance in case you also have the Payin product with us, you can request that your funds be sent to your PayOuts balance according to the frequency you choose in your commercial contract, you can be daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly. ⏰ For more information about this click here.


  This process is carried out by MONNET's internal team. You only have to notify the desired frequency when starting operations with us so that we can send you the funds as you choose.



It is important to note that this is valid only if you have both products for the same currency, for example:



You have the funds in your payout balance in Chilean pesos and you chose the monthly frequency, we will send the funds collected at the end of the month to your payout balance to your Chilean peso credential.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to send the funds collected in Payin to Payouts funds to a credential with a different currency, there will be associated operational costs and you must consult with the MONNET team through email support@monnetpayments.com.
