Why is my PAYOUT in PENDIENTE status and not yet completed?

Our PAYOUT transaction system is designed so that the orders we receive from you can be processed only using the available balance that you previously TOP UP.


Therefore, if you send us an order and you do not have the amount of money available in your balance, the order will remain in PENDIENTE or APROBADO CLIENTE status until you send us funds again. However, if you have the necessary money in your balance, the order will be processed immediately following our standard SLA response times.


If you want these transactions in PENDIENTE or APROBADO CLIENTE status not to be processed, you can request to CANCEL THEM through our support channel at email:  support@monnetpayments.com
