How do I load a Payroll manually in PAYOUT?

To upload a payroll manually you will have to upload an EXCEL file with the required data so that we can do the PAYOUT. For this, we leave you the template so that you can use it since it is a different file for each country:

The criteria to fill out the file can be found here in our PAYOUT PRODUCT GUIDE to see the list of necessary requirements click on the following links:


  1. Bank List
  2. Account type
  3. Account Number Format
  4. Type and ID number 



Once you complete the required fields you will have to upload the file in the Payroll - Payroll Upload section as follows and if the ✅ symbol appears, it means the file was uploaded without errors as you can see here⬇️


If you made an ERROR ❌ in filling the file data. The system will guide you to indicate the reason for the CARGA_ERROR  status so that you can correct the file and reload it.


 

If the file was free of errors, and you want the payments to be sent to your end users, you must go to the Payroll Section - Approve Payrolls and approve them (You can do it individually or in bulk) as you can see here ⬇️


Once the payrolls are approved, the payments will be processed according to our SLA and you will be able to track them in the Report  - Transaction Report
