MFA Activation for PAYIN Back Office Access

To set up MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA) in PAYIN MONNET, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account in the Back Office (BO).

2. In the upper right corner of the screen, click on your username and select "Two-Step Authentication (MFA)." 

3. Download one of the following authentication apps on your mobile device:

   • FreeOTP
   • Microsoft Authenticator
   • Google Authenticator

4. Open the app and scan the QR code displayed on the screen. 

5. Enter the one-time code generated by the app, as shown in the previous image, and click "Submit" to complete the setup.

For security reasons, the Back Office will periodically ask you to enter a new authentication code. This ensures the ongoing protection of your account and prevents unauthorized access. Make sure to always have your authentication app handy to complete this process when necessary.
